I co-founded ScatterKings in 2023 and run its technology. Backend platform engineering for the high-performance RGS, the operations work, and the compliance bar. In parallel I consult through Sbatman s. r. o., a one-person company in Bratislava, mostly on AI in iGaming. Before ScatterKings I spent four and a half years at Greentube / NOVOMATIC - two and a half as Director of Games Technology, building the Mynt RGS that now serves hundreds of B2B customers, and a year and a half as a technical and systems architect on the UK side. Before that, Mazooma, where I moved from C++ game development on video-bet cabinets into server-side Java on the back office. Before that, I co-founded a small studio called NerfGames. The throughline is the same thing I've been doing since I was nineteen: building systems that have to keep working while nobody's watching.

By day I'm co-founder and CTO of ScatterKings - building exceptional technology, high-performance global Remote Gaming Systems, industry-leading Operations solutions, and compliance done with the attention to detail regulators actually notice. 🚀

By night, the work this site is about. A personal research thread on LLM context engineering and memory systems. Quants and adapters for Hugging Face on the weekends. Some consulting through Sbatman s. r. o. on the side - usually about high-performance systems at scale, sometimes AI adoption in the workplace, sometimes the "should we even be doing this" question.
